MITTRA bags award ..........
‘Maharashtra Institute of Technology Transfer to Rural Areas (MITTRA), Nasik’; was honored with ‘Vasantrao Naik Puraskar (Samaik)’ by the ‘Vasantrao Naik Agricultural Research & Rural Development Foundation’, on 1st July 2011. The Award consists of a Plaque and a cheque for Rs.25000.
The award was given away at a function was organized at K.C. College by Shri Sunil Tatkare, Minister of Water Resources. The award was received by Dr. A.B. Pande, Executive Chairman and Shri. Vijay Deshpande, Chief Programme Coordinator of MITTRA.
Sri Shivajirao Moghe, Minister for Social Justice, and Sri Manohar Naik, Minister for Food and Drug Administration were present at the function attended by distinguished dignitaries.
